Called twice.. waited 2hrs in total to be hung up on both times.

This morning, I tried calling at 8:15, waited 45 minutes and was asked to press star if I wanted to continue waiting. I press star and was immediately hung up on. Upon trying to call back, I waited about an hour and 15 minutes, before being hung up on with no request. User's recommendation: Don’t mess with this site. It’s nothing but a nightmare!
