I reserved a car with GPS from Avis to be picked up at the Loew's Hotel in Miami Beach. When I arrived to get my car, Avis had given away my reserved car. They thought that this is ok. I had no intention of driving in Miami, MIami Beach, and Key West without GPS. I called Avis customer service. They told me where else I could go look for another Avis rental. No apologies were offered. BAD SERVICE. User's recommendation: DO NOT USE AVIS RENTAL CARS!!!!
