Resolved: I went to the website, asked a question about fixing a running machine, got my answer for a $1.00 and was charged a 31.89 for a subscription instead of $1.00.

Original review posted by user Feb 25, 2021 I wanted how difficult it would be to personally change a running belt on a Health Strider Soft Strider S500i running machine. I paid $1.00 to get my answer and received it swiftly. Then I saw a $31.89 charge on my credit card when even a trial subscription which I investigate today is $5.00. But I am stuck because I do not even have an account and never established an account on JustAnswer.com. Further, there is no way to complain directly to the company. It must be a scam. User's recommendation: Be very aware of the prompts before you buy $1.00 of JustAnswer.com advice.
