We've had a big glitch here at our church, this Directory project fell through the cracks. We didn't finish the process and now they say the file is gone, the company is gone and nothing can be done. Last time this ever happens. This is no way to handle customers who trust the process. And files??!! They are on drives or external files- how hard can that be for records. They went out of business?? User's recommendation: Stay away.
