Illegal debits

There was an illegal deduction from my GT account on 4th August,2021@ #33,539 by Opay. I have not defaulted on any of my loans,so why this debit,and I do not even have Opay account. Maybe they are acting on behalf of their subsidiaries. I need response urgently. I am finding it difficult to register with opay app currently.,why,I do not know.
