I was on a flight from Orlando ~ Westchester, the flight attendants were less than professional. I was sitting in seat 1C, I was listening to them talking about some people on the flight. The TVs weren't working, so they attempted to fix it as they were trying to fix it the flight attendant says to the other one well to bad just announce that the TVs aren't working. After the announcement, they stated that if you booked through Jet Blue you will get an e-mail if you didnt that you can contact Jet Blue directly. Good luck!
