Hold times

JB keep changing my itinerary. AND I can't adjust it online- it says contact customer service. Today the hold time was 368 minutes. Why don't you have the call-back feature? Why are hold times so long? Why do you keep sending us messages that you've adjusted our flight itinerary? I used to LOVE Jet Blue- my favorite airline. This is untenable. I'm driving to the airport to fix this. User's recommendation: give up.
