I need them to seat my special need son with me

JetBlue is telling me that they can't give me a seat assignments together until they see the children passport. That is the same documents they travelled on JetBlue from Florida. Some of these agents sound as if they are in their bedroom working and distracted. I travel the world and I have never heard that they can't seat a family together on a 6 hours wait to speak to a agent. Sad for JetBlue. User's recommendation: Get your staff back into office.
