Luggage damage claim

Someone mustve THROWN my luggage as the entire bottom of it was severely broken and cracked. Plastic tape had been put over the entire bottom and side to hold it together. It is completely broken, unable to use again and must be discarded and replaced. I am flying out to Montana on Tuesday 6/29 and had to purchase a new piece of luggage!!!!!!
