The flowers I ordered were not the ones sent!

I ordered a certain arrangement for a special day. The flowers they sent were not what I ordered. I immediately filed a complaint with SendFlowers and PayPal. I was offered $15 for a $60 arrangement, which I denied. Also, the arrangement that was sent lost leaves immediately. User's recommendation: Don’t use Send Flowers! You won’t get what you ordered.
