Problem redeeming points.

I attempted to redeem my points and it wouldn't let me. When I filled out the ID Verification form it told me there was a problem and contact customer service. They have no working phone number where an actual person answers the phone so I submitted a form through pissed consumer. User's recommendation: Make sure you only have 1 account.
