Cant redeem, says review account

I've been a part of Survey Junkie for a couple years with no issues. Now I am getting a message that my identity need to be verified. That's fine, I don't mind. What the problem is they are not getting back to me. I've in the "call queue" every day for a week. I've left two messages and went to the website to submit a help ticket. What does it take? This is really unprofessional.
