I had a connecting flight from Vns to Ddn via Delhi. My indigo flight from Vns to Delhi got delayed by 2.5 hrs due to which I missed my SpiceJet flight which was to depart at 6:30 pm. I was right on time at the airport and due to the airline's fault I missed my flight. I wasn't provided with any help from SpiceJet. Nor was my money refunded. I am a loyal customer and always honour my flight timings. But due to the airline's fault I had to suffer. I had to then take a cab from Delhi to Meerut at night and I was travelling all alone. I had to put my safety at stake too. I tried to connect with the spicejet customer care also but to no aviail. The customer care does not exist only, the one we find on the internet. What is a customer supposed to do then ? when it wasn't even my fault. my my fault.
