My TV has not worked properly for months now. Im constantly missing channels and I keep calling customer service to complain about these issues. They just came out 2 weeks ago and gave me a new remote and now again for the 4th or 5th time Im missing channels and I see You can be watching this channel in minutes. To upgrade your service please call 888.705.7171. I am paying over $160 a month for the core, value and select package. Its 9:30 PM and I cant get in touch with anyone from Optimum and they claim to be available 24/7. User's recommendation: Stay away from Optimum. Poor customer service!
