I took my ram 2500 in for a transmission problem over three weeks ago ,they cant find a transmission.under my warranty Im supposed to get a rental car .no truck no car Im pissed .was supposed to take my boat up north for the 4th of July but had to cancel my trip .my kids and girlfriend are pissed off too .I have called fca like 15 times oh there is nothing we can do .finaly she said they might be able to reimburse me $35.00 a day .a rental truck is 67.00 a day .I have been off work for a month with a back surgery and money is tight .Im self employed and need a truck to work.
