Ordered flowers for grandmas birthday. Not delivered- raised queries 2 days later, got a response a further 2 days after that to say they would look into it- it is now 9 days later, still nothing despite me sending a further 2 emails, however the order status on the website has now changed to delivered on grandmas birthday!!! We know this not true - flowers have never been received- an absolute con, beware!!!! User's recommendation: Avoid at all costs!!
