I'm livid that I had to spend thirty five minutes in order to exchange an item. The item was a dog hoodie size medium that I purchased three hours earlier and had a receipt. I needed a large. I'm frustrated because I asked several times if I could just leave the receipt and tags so they could figure it out on their own, as I needed to pick up my son and had already been standing at the register for over 20 minutes. Seriously ridiculous! I was told when I purchased earlier that I could exchange it if was the wrong size. What a joke! process ans wxvhanw User's recommendation: Go somewhere else.
