Frozen account and when I contacted them for help, they would only help me if I paid a $1 amount and gave all my charge card number. I hate the pictures you have to decide which one has what in as I can't see them well enough to tell for sure User's recommendation: Don't ever accidentally enter the wrong password and don't expect help if you do!
