I just received a. Email stating that in order to go to my event, scheduled in 6 days, I am required to show proof of vaccination over 2 weeks old and /or a negative covid test within 48 hours. I have been trying for 2 hours to reach ticketmaster and request my refund and have listened to the line ring and ring and then hang up. No response via email either. This is incredibly frustrating and this policy is a disgrace and an infringement on our liberties.
