Didn’t receive my entire ordee

Great conversation with the agent. My missing item will be shipped and expedited. She took her time to check that my missing item was available and would get to me quickly. Couldn't have asked for a better situation which was handled so professionally. User's recommendation: yes one mistake with this company in 3 years and they handled it well.
