I was a loyal Yves Rocher customer long before natural/organic products were a thing. One of my early favorites was an alcohol-free toning lotion. Having ordered the only toner in their online catalog recently, I assumed it was the same product. WRONG!!! This Serum Vegetal Hydrating Toner is in a fancy blue bottle, but contains ALCOHOL, listed as ingredient #3. Customer Service claims the toner formula has never changed. Clearly, someone like myself with extremely sensitive skin would never, ever knowingly buy a skin care product containing alcohol. Caveat emptor!
