Invoice problem

no contact with chat room experts or anyone else, getting the runaround everytime I give them my problem,using your suggestions but no help, and especially, getting an invoice that shows that I was supposed to get 2 eyebrow pencils that cost $22.00. I only got 1, and it was so puny that it be. a toy for a child. $11.00 is a laughable, gouging disgrace????? Don't buy anymore User's recommendation: Stop buying their products!
