After being at Charter for 4 years I complained to staff about lice in the shower, cold showers, broken lockers, broken workout equipment. And them sending women into the mens locker room to clean I sent this to them and pissed off consumer but I never heard anything back. Goes to show how much they care. I am happy at my new club. You would think that charter fitness would try harder with all the club competition around but they are that stupid User's recommendation: Stay away from Charter Fitness.
