I have been waiting on my order of $138.00 from Shien .. Order is being held since July 06/2021 by DHL EXPRESS SHIPPING FOR $40.65 Duty Tax

I made a complaint to DHL and was told to pay or items would be sent back!!! I also made a complain,t to the retailer(Shien) but was told to pay and when I submit a receipt to Shien than they would maybe give me half back!!!! This is an SCAM!!! I was to have EXPRESS SHIPPING!!! LOL SO IF I don,t pay them I don't get my 14 ITEMS I PAID FOR AND THAN WILL BE OUT $138.00 BS User's recommendation: Don't deal with DHL for you parcels.
