I ordered a costume for my daughter from China.I paid $40 US to have it delivered within 3-5 days. A week and a half went by and it never showed.I was told they needed an updated address even though they had been here 7 times before.Next time it didn't show I was told that 1) delivery guy said it was a holiday until 7pm??so couldn't deliver and again didn't have all of the address.3 supervisors never returned my call and I still have no delivery. User's recommendation: Do not use DHL...nothing but problems.
