I bought a pack of hamburger helper and it said stroganoff of the box. I bought the correct amount of milk for it and start cooking it when I open up the packet inside and it says lasagna. It messed up the entire box and I had to throw it all away including the hamburger. I was so annoyed. Theres no way to know whats on the inside without buying it. And I was pissed I had to throw away the hamburger because its not cheap.
