I have spent many hours on the phone with customer service, been promised new filters were being sent out next day and was supposed to have received new end/brush motor head for my new v11 outsize..... NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE!!!! This is the worst customer service i have ever experienced!!!! This machine has given me nothing but problems since the first day! I am tired if the poor customer service and this company! I WILL SHARE WITH I OTHERS!!! User's recommendation: Horrible customer service!
