Update by user May 15, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Original review posted by user Apr 15, 2021 Bought a V10 Animal. Problem from the very start, max power didn't work and constantly showing a blockage. Two months ago I was told they were sending me a new filter as they informed me that was the problem. Contacted them on four more occasions. Being told absolute lies. Still no filter and still waiting on a promised call back. Stay away from Dyson. User's recommendation: Don’t buy a Dyson.
