Yesterday, the 28th of July, 2021, I used the POS (TRAN-PAYCOM NIGERIA LIMITED/LA/ ) at exactly 4:41pm to withdraw #1000 but the first attempt failed. I tried again the second time at 4:42pm, it was successful. But I got a debit alert for both transactions which means that my money was deducted twice, whereas the POS transaction was only successful once. I need a refund for the first transaction, #1000.
