If I could I would leave no stars. The company can't show up on time, if at all. The one tech who did show up was not personable and informed me that if they did a repair on the unit I would have to pay for a separate call to have a tune up. Who in their right minds wouldn't check a unit is working properly when they're making repairs on it? They are completely unreliable and have horrible customer service. I only ended up with them through my home warranty and have recommended they cut ties with them as they are unprofessional and have no communication skills at all. I also have continuously tried to call their emergency line and left a message and still haven't heard back and it's been almost a hour. I can't believe this company is even still in business.
