4 visits AC still doesn’t work

Most recent visit today. Snug technician told me after 10 minutes the problem was fixed. He was “100%” sure. He obviously had not looked at the previous service summaries. WRONG. I have spent Literally hours on the phone on hold to only hear I can’t get a follow up for 3-4 days. Absolutely awful to deal with. Beware!!!!!
