I ORDERED TWO GRILL LIGHTS TO REPLACE THE ONE DESTROYED WHEN I HIT A DEER IN MY UNIT. I GOT THEM IN AND WENT TO SET THE FLASH PATTERNS. ONE LIGHT WORKED AND THE OTHER HAD 2 NON-OPERATIONAL LIGHTS IN IT. I CONTACTED THEM ABOUT WARRANTY OR REPLACEMENT. THE *** WIPE ON THE PHONE WAS VERY CONDESCENDING AND RUDE. I FINALLY GOT IN TOUCH WITH THEM VIA EMAIL, THEY BLOCKED ME ON MESSENGER, SO NEEDLESS TO SAY THEY PROBABLY LOST A 25 UNIT ACCOUNT AT WHERE I WORK. THEY SAID THE REPLACEMENT HAS BEEN SHIPPED. BUT THE CHECK IS IN THE MAIL TOO.
