I've been using Shutterfly for over 10 years and have done more photo books than I can count. They recently changed their process to where the default is that photos are placed on pages for you, which I don't think works is almost all cases. The only way to amend this problem is to hit RESET which removes ALL photos (even ones I've placed intentionally) from the pages. Basically, I'm no longer able to use their Phot book program. User's recommendation: Do NOT use Shutterfly for Photo Books based on recent changes! It is completely dysfunctional!
