Delayed newspaper delivery & phone number for customer service didn’t connect.

I didnt get my LA Times in the early morning as usual. Called the number I have but it literally didnt connect to anything, no ring or sound. Went on line to find another customer service number and had the same issue with several other numbers. Didnt even say the numbers were disconnected just nothing. Finally found a number and did get the paper. I didnt see the email that was sent earlier from The Times that they had a problem with the papers in my area, West LA, but to have no easy customer service number when they are charging a fortune for the daily paper is unconscionable.
