Warranty – Delivery – Service – ALL BAD

Kohler kitchen fixture - top of the line - purchased from Pacific Sales - Sales rep told me they have a staff to install and make repairs if needed. NOT TRUE - the first year is on Kohler - Kohler only does parts - repair a $700 kitchen fixture that is 4 months old - DO NOT DO IT User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY FROM PACIFIC SALES OR KOHLER.
