Messed up my tickets

I purchased three VIP tickets and two tickets were labeled in the wrong seating section. They responded very slowly and after a long back and forth they decided to provide a resolution. They gave us a due date to repurchase the tickets so I can get reimbursed for the other two. The VIP tickets were sold out on the same day they requested us to repurchase them. All they were able to say is sorry. This is very frustrating as we showed proof that this was not our mistake but a glitch from the site. I am very upset and would not recommend this site to no one. User's recommendation: Horrible.
