Received new transponder but the website will not allow me to register it or create an account. The website is a disaster. The call center to help with problems is effectively non- functional with wait times in excess of an hour. Not that I could expect them to be competent based upon what I have experienced so far. User's recommendation: Do not participate in this program. Lodge a complaint with your state delegate or senator.
