The absolute worse

Web site is horrible, customer service has a wait for over a hour and even when you wait and get a human problems are not resolved. Trying to get Senior discount for over a year and had a stolen tag which you can't do on the web site. Web site will take a payment and that's about it. User's recommendation: use cash!!!
