Made several purchases over a few years, had my first issue with two defective paintings, they agreed. They offered a low credit which drug out over a month while I wanted replaced. Then explained to Senior Customer Rep; Mr. Frank who spoke to me like a child; I remained calm and thanked him for both educating and enlightening and he literally hung up. User's recommendation: Will never spend another dime, this Canadian company has burned a bridge to this American Consumer.
