Report on response to my question.
I contacted Jacquie Lawson because I could not renew my prescription and asked that it be processed. I provided all the information for renewal. The response was not satisfactory as it suggested I use my computer to update something and that hasn't worked. I'm not very computer savvy. I would like to renew, but it doesn't seem possible.
