Update by user Feb 17, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. supposedly getting a full refund thanks to PissedConsumer, but PC.com got their phone number, which should be published so everyone can contact them when they get stuck like I did. Original review posted by user Feb 16, 2021 Jacquie Lawson automatically renewed a "merchandise" purchase to my deceased mother months after her death. To top it off, the charge was placed on a card that has been lost for two years so no one knew where it was either. Long story short is the "automatic" renewal will be cause for a lot of people to investigate how their disabled and aged parent ever was able to charge anything, let alone receive merchandise. The other fun part of this is that they have no phone numbers, so you can just simmer about how poorly they operate while they delete email after email. User's recommendation: Do not sign up for AUTOMATIC renewal of anything, as you don't know how long you are going to be around anyway.
