I called 3 time inquiring how many months of taxes and insurance were required to establish an impounded account. I was told they needed to do an escrow analysis. I asked why since I did not have an impounded account. I opened my April statement, and they established one and paid my taxes without my knowledge. I then call to get the account removed, and they tell me I have to make the higher payment until the funds return. This will take 120 days. User's recommendation: Never.
