I waited in 12 hours on Saturday 24th July 2021 for this packet to be collected. No one came. Told I had to reschedule it - no explanation of why it had not been picked up. Today I have already waited in for 8 hours. no one has collected the packet. I live on my own so cannot leave the house today. This is an abysmal service - I am not allowed to speak to anyone at Parcel 2 go or Hermes. I could spend days unable to go out waiting for the collection of this packet and not one at these two companies could care less. User's recommendation: Avoid.
