Claim dispute

I have been in contact regarding a parcel sent using Parcels2go which was lost in transit. I have supplied all the documents requested and purchased the correct insurance but the email I received 19/07/21 stated that "Unfortunately, the item you decided to send appears on our prohibited items and no-protection list, which means were unable to compensate you for this item. The contents of your parcel can be carried on a no protection basis only" Please could you inform me which of the items sent fall into this category? I have checked the lists on your website and none of the items sent by me can be found on your lists. I am entitled to a full refund of the value insured.
