After a decade or so of *** service and over-charges from WM, we finally went through all the hoops necessary to terminate our contract like sending notice via certified letter. Happily, we got our contract nonrenewed and our nightmare was over. As a final F-U to us as their long time customer, the driver dumped the contents our dumpster out onto our parking lot before leaving with it empty. ThIanks WM! User's recommendation: In Sacramento, hire Atlas instead.
