I got a refund from Amazon for a purchase, the money was pending Amazon refund status then it disappeared even though Amazon refunded me my $87. Secondly, whenever I use Uber or Lyft Money Network keep charging me more than the price for my rides then when I call CX to query my balance, sadly they offer to mail me dispute forms which I never get. This bank is total scam. I work hard for my money and monthly overtime they decide to take more than $100 from my account. Talk about white collar thieves User's recommendation: Stay far far away from this bank.
