Unable to Activate EIP Card

This is the worst company that I've dealt with in years. I call to activate my EIP debit card and PIN number. But, when I enter the card number, I get asked for a PIN, which I don't have. That's why I'm calling. There is no customer service, because the system drops you, if you don't enter a PIN number. There is not customer service, period! No e-mail to contact, no number to call...etc. I don't blame the company, I blame the IRS for choosing such an inept, useless company to work with.
