Did not receive EIP card for stimulus payment and unable to contact them to get this resolved.
Received a letter from EIP Impact Payment people asking me to activate the card for the second round of stimulus monies.I have not received the card.The information on the letter gives you a phone number which they say is staffed 24/7, and to choose prompt # 2. When you select prompt # 2 which is supposed to be the access for customer service/replacement of the card, the automated voice tells you thank you and goodbye. access User's recommendation: Avoid at all costs.
