Loved my Hyundai Tuscon. Unfortunately my car was totaled when a motorist blew a stop sign. I wanted to buy another Tuscon, but inventory was a no go. we paid our payment and so did the Insurance. We have been trying to get the money we overpaid for several months and they keep lying and saying they have 40, 60 and now 90 days. User's recommendation: Don't overpay if your bank is going to pay off your loan, It is impossible to get your money back.
