HORRIABLE Customer Service!!!!

Every month I send in an additional "Principle ONLY Payment" and I have to call five to ten times before it is applied to Principle Only. My recent principle only payment of $200.00, was received on June 24, 2021 and as of July 19, 2021 and 14 calls to customer service it has not yet been applied. This is the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had! User's recommendation: PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM; Hyundai Motor Finance.
